Can digital downloads be returned? 

Instant download items are not returns, exchanges or cancellations.

It’s not possible to set return or exchange policies on your digital downloads. Because of no physical product is sold or shipped in nature which makes all sales as final once an order is placed with no cancellations. If you're having an issue with a digital item you’ve purchased, you can still choose to resolve the issue with support team of ADSTREX.

Why don't we offer refund for the services

The finalization of the payment is done only after the mutual agreement of client/customer with the company. This is according to the customer satisfaction of the services that are being provided.

 

Do I qualify to get a refund of amount paid to a digital download?

No, due to the nature of the digital products, the order once placed cannot be cancelled or returned. So digital products sold on this site doesn't offer partial or fully refund of amount paid.
